Lanart

Lulu the Guardian Donkey

$39.00

This felted donkey was made exclusively for Fluff, modeled after Green River Hollow Farm's beautiful guardian donkey Lulu. Lulu protects the alpaca herd from any sort of predator that might cause them trouble. Lulu and her friend Trixie the Guardian Llama were a bonded pair of besties when they first came to the farm and remain close to this day.

Each felted animal is handmade and may feature natural variations in form and color.

  • 100% ethical alpaca fur
  • Made in Peru
  • Suitable for ages 3+
  • Since 1979, LANART has been working with alpaca and fair trade practices from their own Latin heritage in Peru to create beautiful and unique hand crafted, cruelty-free products based in Arequipa. They have stayed true to the hand knitting traditions passed down through generations, taking great care to value the symbiotic relationship with the artists that make their products and to weave the Peruvian culture and community of Areqiupa into everything they do.
